Public Hearing of the Village of Ettrick Zoning Board of Appeals – 9/3/2024
A Public Hearing of the Village of Ettrick Zoning Board of Appeals has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., immediately preceding the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees. The meeting will be held at the Village Office located at 22864 North Main St., Ettrick, WI.
The purpose of the meeting is to make a decision on Jennifer Janikowski’s request for an exception to the terms of Zoning Ordinance #308, Section 7, requiring placement of accessory buildings in the rear yard of a property only. Ms. Janikowski is requesting placement of a shed on the east side of her property in the side-yard located between her property at 15738 E. 2nd Street and the neighboring property located at 15722 E. 2nd Street. At a Public Hearing held on August 6th, 2024 the Village Board of Trustees instructed Ms. Janikowski to have her property surveyed to establish her lot lines and come before the board with the exact placement of the proposed shed.
